Al-Haqil receives the King Abdulaziz Quality Award for 2022
Under the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - and in the presence of the Governor of Riyadh Region, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, received the King Abdulaziz Quality Award on the occasion of the Ministry winning the Silver Level award for the year 2022 in the Ministries category, as part of the activities of the award ceremony and the accompanying forum, which was held this evening at the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh in Riyadh.
The Ministry participated with an interactive pavilion in the activities of the Sixth Forum for Best Practices in Quality and Excellence, which accompanied the ceremony honoring the winning establishments. Through it, it presented visual presentations that included an overview of the Ministry, in addition to reviewing the experience of participating in the award in general from an organizational standpoint and its impact on internal work teams. The General Supervisor of the Organizational Development and Human Resources Agency, Nahar Al-Sheikh, also reviewed the best practices in the field of the administrative leadership standard and the results related to the standard, and the most prominent practices regarding the “Sakani” and “Baladi” platforms and the “Fursa” portal, as well as presenting the most prominent lessons learned from participating in the award.
The number of participants from the various sectors of the Ministry in the journey of participation in the award reached 35 partners for success, who had a positive role in the Ministry winning the silver category at the level of ministries, as this victory achieved many gains, including: highlighting the level of excellence of the Ministry in providing its services and operational processes and the level of maturity of institutional excellence practices, and developing institutional performance positively at the level of the Ministry. Winning the award also contributed to raising the confidence and capabilities of employees and motivating them to achieve greater achievements on a personal and professional level.
The forum – which is a real opportunity to highlight pioneering national experiences and practices in the field of quality and to learn about the best modern methods and approaches – seeks to spread the culture of institutional excellence and quality in all sectors and areas of work, develop work environments in various sectors, and develop administrative and organizational capabilities in a way that enhances and contributes to increased productivity.
The King Abdulaziz Quality Award aims to raise the level of quality, efficiency and productivity in various sectors in the Kingdom, and is awarded to entities that achieve the highest quality rates in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
