"Baladi" launches the "Craft Licensing" service for workers... and calls on business owners to start issuing them
The Baladi platform, affiliated with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing,in cooperation with the Professional Examination Program of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, announced the launch of the craft licensing service for workers in commercial activities supervised by the municipal sector, as it has become one of the requirements for practicing authorized craft professions.
This comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts in digital transformation and its continuous endeavor to improve services provided in Saudi cities, and to activate and empower the role of the private sector by automating the licensing process to facilitate the work of investors and support them, which contributes to ensuring the quality of life for the residents and visitors of the Kingdom.
The service ensures that practitioners obtain the necessary academic qualifications, experience, and skills to perform their work with high efficiency, with the aim of providing high-quality services that satisfy beneficiaries. It also ensures protection for beneficiaries and compensation in the event of damage to the products or services provided.
The professional license achieves a competitive advantage for establishments in front of customers, and it qualifies workers to obtain a professional examination certificate from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in (81) professions, and it can be obtained in simple and easy steps by visiting the link https://balady.gov.sa//Services?id=327 .
