His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Budair, inspected the Al-Mayar residential suburb, which is located in Jeddah Governorate. His Excellency reviewed the progress of work and the stages of delivery to citizens benefiting from the residential projects in the suburb, which includes a variety of residential units with different sizes and designs, and which are complemented by the necessary service facilities.
The suburb is located on an area of 3.9 million square meters. The Al-Mayar suburb, located in the south of Jeddah, can accommodate more than 80,000 people within an integrated urban environment with services implemented by a number of qualified and accredited real estate developers by the Ministry. Al-Budair also visited the A’ali Jeddah project, following up on the progress of work and the readiness of the residential units for developmental housing. After that, His Excellency met with a number of real estate developers to follow up on the progress of work in the residential projects being implemented in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
The suburb is an ideal place to live within a vibrant community in a residential environment with integrated services and educational, health, commercial and recreational facilities, to promote the concept of the residential environment and quality of life, which is one of the most important goals of the ministry’s programs and projects.
Al-Budair was accompanied during his inspection visit by the CEO of the National Housing Company, Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Stimulating Supply and Real Estate Development, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil.
