"تقرير سكني": إصدار أكثر من 700 ألف شهادة لضريبة التصرفات العقارية للمسكن الأول حتى نهاية يوليو 2022

The Sakani program released its August report, highlighting its key achievements up to the end of July 2022, along with data and statistics on construction updates in projects, beneficiary families, and the number of real estate transaction certificates. The report also noted that 7,208 Saudi families benefited during July, while 9,184 Saudi families moved into their first homes that same month. This is part of the program's ongoing efforts to empower Saudi families to own their first home, in line with the goals of the Housing Program – one of the programs under the Kingdom's Vision 2030 – which aims to achieve a 70% homeownership rate by 2030. The full report can be accessed at https://sakani.housing.sa/sakani-reports .

The Sakani program, in its monthly report, revealed that 700,600 real estate transaction tax certificates for first homes have been issued since the initiative's launch until the end of July 2022. The report also noted that 87,467 Saudi families have benefited from the various housing options and financing solutions offered electronically by the program to its beneficiaries, through easy and convenient procedures, since the beginning of the year until the end of July. The number of families who have moved into their first homes has reached 104,492. The report further highlighted the latest construction updates in residential projects being implemented in partnership with real estate developers and overseen by the off-plan sales and leasing program, "Wafi," which are characterized by integrated infrastructure and competitive prices.

The report reviewed the housing and financing solutions provided by the program, including the new optional housing support packages, which are: (the support package, the rental package, the furniture package, the self-build package, and the home renovation package). The new packages provide the beneficiary with flexible and multiple solutions, by providing immediate non-refundable support to beneficiaries of ready-made housing units, under construction, and self-build, in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund and financing entities from banks, financing institutions, and real estate developers. It noted that this comes from “Sakani’s” belief in the continuity of housing support and the importance of diversifying financing and housing options to accelerate the pace of Saudi families owning their homes. These can be easily obtained through the “Sakani” website and electronic application within a list of diverse options, with the aim of facilitating home ownership for citizens in accordance with their needs and financial capabilities.

It is worth noting that the Sakani website and app offer a diverse range of housing facilities and services, including: real estate consulting, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates for first homes, obtaining financing quotes from lenders, issuing land contracts electronically, access to engineering design services and the "Approved Contractor" service, e-financing and the "Real Estate Market" service, as well as instant registration and eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically. All housing services, options, and financing solutions can be accessed through the link https://sakani.sa , by calling the unified customer care number (199090) for answers to all questions and inquiries, via the Sakani app for smart devices, or by visiting the comprehensive Sakani centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Khobar.
