The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the Holy Capital Municipality, carried out more than 38,000 field inspection tours during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, within an integrated operational system aimed at maintaining high levels of compliance and preserving the quality of municipal services provided to the guests of God in Makkah and the Holy Sites.

The ministry explained that the field inspection tours included health and commercial facilities, catering kitchens, food sales and distribution outlets, in addition to seasonal service and activity sites related to Hajj, as part of the ongoing field monitoring plans that were implemented throughout the season to ensure the continuity of the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

The ministry confirmed that the field inspection tours were carried out with the participation of more than 650 field inspectors, within an operational system that includes more than 22,000 human resources, supported by a fleet of more than 3,000 pieces of equipment and machinery that worked throughout the season in Makkah and the holy sites.

These efforts are part of the integrated municipal and service system that the Kingdom has harnessed to serve the guests of God, reflecting the level of readiness and integration among the various entities participating in the Hajj season, and contributing to enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
