The National Housing Company (NHC) has launched a new residential project, “Al Narjis View 2”, for beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program in Riyadh. This is one of the projects under construction that the company is developing north of Riyadh in partnership with the private sector and is supervised by the off-plan sales or leasing program “Wafi”. The new project provides 490 residential units of varying sizes and designs to suit all the needs of Saudi families, extending to about 5,000 units that will be launched successively during this April.

The “Narges View 2” project, developed by Abdulrahman Al-Rashed Company, comes as an extension of efforts to increase the supply of residential real estate and provide sustainable housing and financing solutions through building systems and legislation, to increase the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030 – according to the objectives of the Housing Program. The “Narges View 2” project, which spans an area of more than 112,000 m2 and includes 490 units ranging between villas and townhouses, is distinguished by its modern designs and diverse models with easy monthly installments. The project provides model designs according to the highest standards with areas ranging between 200-395 m2 per unit. The project is also part of a number of projects that are embraced by the city of Riyadh, which provide about 35,000 housing units within 27 projects under construction.

The project is an extension of the National Housing Company (NHC)’s efforts to provide vibrant, modern communities with distinctive and contemporary designs, as part of its ongoing expansion plans to increase the supply of real estate and provide housing units that suit the needs and purchasing power of Saudi families, with the aim of raising the rate of first home ownership for families. The company is currently working on developing several projects and suburbs in the Kingdom that provide quality of life standards and integrated facilities in strategic locations.
