The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing signed a cooperation agreement with Informa Saudi Arabia Limited, which specializes in developing, organizing, promoting and managing various events, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Budair, and the President of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Faisal bin Saud Al-Khamisi.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry by the General Supervisor of the General Administration of Media and Public Relations, Dr. Naif bin Dhaifallah Al-Otaibi, while Informa Saudi Arabia/Alliance was represented in the signing by the Vice President of Cityscape Global, Mr. Chris Speller.
The three-year agreement aims to foster cooperation between the two parties in implementing the "Cityscape Global" exhibition, which offers opportunities for investors, financiers, and real estate developers to develop their businesses and projects. It also provides a platform for architects, urban planners, consultants, and representatives of investment agencies, economic agencies, and cities to discuss and follow the latest developments in the real estate sector and establish new partnerships.At the local, regional and global levels, Cityscape Global will also focus on providing opportunities for local, regional and global companies to showcase their projects and services to visitors from around the world.
It is worth noting that this agreement comes as an extension of the partnerships that the Ministry has established with a number of local, regional and international entities in order to develop the real estate market in the Kingdom in line with the size of the market and its rapid growth.
