"Sakani" provides 22 architectural designs that comply with the Saudi Building Code

The Sakani program revealed that it has provided 22 engineering designs that conform to the Saudi Building Code, enabling beneficiaries to view the engineering designs and their details, and purchase them at competitive prices. They can be obtained through the platform or application through the (Engineering Designs) service by purchasing the design only, or purchasing the design with its adaptation to the beneficiary’s land in accordance with the building areas, in addition to providing a service to purchase the design with its adaptation and issue the building permit.
The program explained in a press statement today that five modern engineering designs that conform to the Saudi building code have recently been added to the platform and application. The designs are characterized by their diversity and difference, and citizens or residents can benefit from them, whether they are eligible for support or not, and obtain building permits easily, by visiting the link https://sakani.sa/app/housing-designs .
Engineering design services are provided by accredited offices at fixed prices, with distinctive and modern designs of high quality, which contribute to raising the level of building quality, and at prices that suit the capabilities of families and their needs to build their lands, which contributes to reducing the financial costs of construction, saving time and effort and improving the urban style of homes, in accordance with the Saudi Building Code. Beneficiaries can also view the various designs through the “Sakani” platform and application and benefit from them within easy and convenient procedures.
The “Sakani” program seeks to provide diverse and varied engineering designs, including more than one building code, provided that all engineering designs currently and in the future are in accordance with the Saudi Building Code, which requires providing the minimum requirements for maintaining public safety, health and well-being by improving the efficiency, safety, durability and sustainability of buildings, facilitating access to them, protecting lives and property from fire hazards and increasing the resistance of buildings to natural disasters, in addition to rationalizing the consumption of water and energy of all kinds, reducing the costs of operating and maintaining buildings and achieving the targeted growth of the construction sector in the Kingdom.
It is worth mentioning that the engineering design service is one of the "Sakani" services within the self-build journey, as this product provides an exceptional integrated journey for the landowner from various engineering designs, adapting them to suit the beneficiary’s land, obtaining the building permit, reaching approved contractors, and supervising the implementation from engineering offices.
