Projects of all types, purposes, and sizes can apply for the "Sustainability" certificate after adhering to environmental standards according to global specifications and standards.

Based on following the standards and applying them on the ground, the project can obtain one of the sustainability assessment levels, which are (Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Green) according to the total total points obtained by the project after its assessment, whether in residential projects and communities with a maximum score of 100 points, while in commercial projects with a maximum score of 130 points.
