* In view of the cities expansion and in order to facilitate traffic within and between cities, this initiative was launched to construct streets, urban roads, bridges and tunnels in cities. The initiative includes asphalting; paving; lighting; construction of bridges, tunnels and footbridges; naming, numbering, rehabilitation, improvement and beautification of streets; and increasing level of their maintenance.
