Sakani has announced that 12,038 Saudi families have benefited from the program, with 8,080 families moving into their first homes in January of last year. These efforts are part of the continuous initiatives to provide diverse housing products and various financing solutions that contribute to achieving the goals of the housing program, one of the programs of Vision 2030, which aims to increase the homeownership rate for Saudi families to 70% by 2030.
"Sakani" offers new optional support packages within its solutions and options provided to Saudi families, bringing the total housing and financing options to nine choices. The new packages include the support package, rental package, furniture package, self-construction package, and housing renovation package.
These packages provide flexible and diverse solutions by offering immediate non-refundable support for beneficiaries of ready-made, under-construction, and self-construction housing units. This is done in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund, financial institutions, banks, and real estate developers. The program emphasizes the importance of continued housing support and the diversity of financing and housing options to accelerate the pace of Saudi families' homeownership.
"Sakani" website and application offer a variety of housing facilities and services, including real estate advisor, issuance real estate tax certificates for first homes, obtaining quotes from financial institutions, electronic land contracts, benefiting from engineering design, "approved contractors," electronic financing service, the "Real Estate", registration, immediate eligibility, and electronic issuance of building permits.

Alternatively, inquiries can be made by calling the unified customer care number (199090) for answering all questions and inquiries. It is worth mentioning that Sakani program announced last month that over 100,000 Saudi families have benefited from the program in 2023. Furthermore, during the previous year, 98,475 families moved into their first homes as part of the ongoing efforts to increase the homeownership rate for Saudi families to 70% by 2030
