Balady app enables e-payment through Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, represented by Balady App, has enabled e-payment services through the application, in collaboration with the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR). The move is part of the governance of municipal transactions and facilitation of payment procedures of municipal service fees to both corporate and individual beneficiaries.

The new e-payment services will allow beneficiaries to pay their municipal service fees via Balady App on Apple Pay, Mada card, Visa, or Mastercard, in addition to the previously available SADAD invoice issuance service.

The new payment services reflect MOMRAH efforts to realize its digital strategy and enable digital transformation processes in providing municipal services in the highest quality standards. The services will also better the customer experience through innovative and sustainable business models, raise the quality of digital city services, and improve the quality and efficiency of the municipal system.
