The Housing Program, part of the Vision 2030 initiatives signed an agreement yesterday with the Stage, to launch a new community in Riyadh. The partnership aims to foster housing sector innovation, raise awareness about program initiatives, and produce valuable knowledge resources. It further aims to encourage individuals to propose innovative concepts and initiatives in the industry, while showcasing the program’s opportunities for private and non-profit players.
Housing Program CEO Eng. Nowfal Al Salamah and the Stage CEO Mr. Mohammed Almoussa signed the agreement. The agreement will see meetings organized involving decision-makers, experts, and industry stakeholders, such as beneficiaries, investors, real estate developers, and individuals seeking opportunities in the sector. The discussions will involve industry issues and challenges, the deliberation of decisions, and the development of new initiatives.
The agreement also includes a hackathon event to engage talented individuals in project development and human capability building. The hackathon will support the housing sector with investable ideas and projects, in addition to encouraging innovation in the sector, and disseminating information to contribute to enriching the content in the sector, within the framework of the Housing Program’s keenness to encourage innovation and access to innovative solutions that will be the nucleus of future projects and facilitate doing business in the housing sector to stimulate the private sector and entrepreneurs.
The Housing Program is developing the Kingdom’s real estate industry through collaborative programs to stimulate investment and market efficiency, within the framework of joint efforts to improve housing affordability by providing Saudi families with adequate housing options.
