His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, will sponsor tomorrow the launch of the first edition of the Maskan Real Estate Exhibition, which will be held from May 26 to 29, 2022, at Riyadh Front, with the participation of many experts, specialists, those interested in real estate affairs, real estate developers and financing entities.
The exhibition aims to provide an integrated housing experience for Saudi families, by making thousands of housing products available in Riyadh for various financing entities and real estate development companies at competitive prices and with modern engineering designs. It also aims to integrate entities in promoting the future of the real estate sector and housing development projects, contributing to achieving the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs – to raise the rate of homeownership to 70%. The exhibition also contributes to bringing together relevant entities and programs in the development of the real estate sector to offer the best housing and financing solutions.
The Maskan Real Estate Exhibition showcases the best options for beneficiaries through financing offers from banks and financing entities, in order to facilitate home ownership procedures for citizens and increase the real estate supply, especially in the city of Riyadh. The exhibition will also witness the signing of a number of partnerships and agreements in the real estate development sector.
The exhibition will include a number of real estate development companies, institutions, financing bodies, and various sectors and entities related to real estate. During the exhibition, a number of diverse real estate products will be displayed, and visitors will be able to view them and learn about residential ownership programs and solutions.
