The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made available more than 70 digital services through the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna”, enabling individuals, establishments and investors to complete a number of municipal, housing and real estate procedures, and access them through a unified and reliable digital channel.
The available services include issuing, managing and updating business licenses and their data, issuing health certificates, in addition to a number of construction services, including issuing construction licenses, occupancy and compliance certificates, correcting building conditions, fencing land, and transferring ownership of the building license.
The services also allow beneficiaries to book appointments electronically, calculate municipal service fees, submit objections to fines and fees, inquire about transactions, survey reports and licenses, in addition to submitting reports related to improving the urban landscape and damaged cars, and requesting municipal services.
In the housing and real estate sector, services include verifying eligibility for housing support, inquiring about "Sakani" reservations, utilizing the real estate finance calculator and electronic real estate finance, in addition to leasing and investment services, qualifying real estate developers, issuing permits for mobile vehicles, occupying sidewalks, and holding events.
Making these services available through the “Tawakkalna” application reflects the integration of the Ministry’s digital system and the expansion of its municipal, housing and real estate service delivery channels, enabling beneficiaries to complete, follow up on, and access related information through a unified platform.
