MOMRAH to enter into several agreements at Cityscape Global to enhance the urban living experience

The Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, represented by the Deputy Ministry for Digital Transformation, has entered into several agreements with private sector companies represented by digital applications: Jahez, Almosafer, Almatar, and muvi Cinema. These agreements were made on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global Exhibition hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh from September 10th to 13th, 2023. The event was attended by His Excellency Deputy Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Budair, as well as representatives from a number of technology companies in the Kingdom.

The aim of these agreements is to achieve inclusivity in providing digital services to urban residents. Through these partnerships, smart solutions, digital services, and rich experience will be provided to enhance the quality of life for urban residents and meet their daily needs.

Since its inception, the Cityscape exhibition has witnessed signing of numerous cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding in the municipal and housing sectors with various governmental, private, and non-profit entities. These efforts are part of MOMRAH's initiatives to enhance partnerships with relevant entities, aiming to promote the sustainability of cities, improve the urban landscape and spatial planning, develop the real estate sector in the Kingdom and enhance the supply of housing products in the Saudi market.

It is worth mentioning that the Cityscape Global Exhibition is the world's largest event for showcasing developments in the real estate sector, discussing its challenges, and presenting the largest and latest projects. The current edition includes the NEOM Future of Living Summit, the Property Portfolio Forum, the Design and Architecture Stage, The Real Estate Institutional Investor Forum (RIIF), the PropTech Stage and the Innovation Challenge that allows startups to present their ideas to create a more innovative future. Additionally, there is the Cityscape Global ROSHN Hackathon, which creates competition among participants to find innovative solutions in the sector.
