MOMRAH with MHRSD to announce linking of the street vendor license with the freelance certificate.

Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH) in partnership with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announced linking Balady with Freelance to issue freelance certificates for street vendor license holders and benefit from its advantages, as part of integration movement between governmental entities.

This resolution enables street vendors to access the packages of incentives and enablers helping them achieve sustainability and continuity and access several services such as facilitating various digital payment solutions and offering opportunity to open a business bank account and to voluntarily subscribe to GOSI.

Freelance Certificate gives individuals the opportunity to work independently in the activities approved by MHRSD, raises credibility level and qualifies them to get support from the concerned parties with the aim to reduce financial burden on beneficiaries.

It is worth mentioning that this certificate can be obtained after issuing street vendor license through Balady. You can visit the link https://freelance.sa/our-programs/food-carts and follow the steps and requirements determined issuing the certificate.
