The National Housing Company (NHC ) announced the launch tomorrow of the second phase of the “Saraya Al-Jawan” project for beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program in Riyadh, as part of the projects under construction that the company is developing in partnership with the private sector north of Riyadh, in continuation of its efforts to increase the supply of residential real estate and provide housing solutions to increase the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030, according to the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The National Housing Company (NHC ) explained in a press statement today that the second phase of the Saraya Al-Jawan project, implemented by Dar Wa Emaar Company, provides 404 residential units, including villas and townhouses, on an area estimated at more than 105,000 square meters. The building areas of the units range between 360-392 square meters. Tomorrow, reservations and viewing of unit details will be available electronically through the Sakani website and application, with easy steps and immediate eligibility without waiting, by visiting the link https://sakani.sa/ or by calling the unified customer service center 199090, or by visiting the comprehensive Sakani center in Riyadh.

The project comes as an extension of about 29 residential projects under construction, distributed in the north, east and south of Riyadh, providing more than 35,000 diverse housing units (apartments, villas and townhouses), with average prices reaching 750,000 riyals, and its implementation is supervised by the off-plan sales or leasing program “Wafi”.

The “Saraya Al-Jawan” project in its second phase is distinguished by two unique designs that suit all the needs of families, with easy monthly installments, and a strategic location north of Riyadh city within integrated communities with facilities and services that provide comfort and luxury.

It is worth mentioning that the National Housing Company (NHC ) previously announced its target of supplying 147,000 housing units in Riyadh by 2025, as part of its ongoing expansion plans to increase the real estate supply and provide housing units that suit the needs and purchasing power of Saudi families, with the aim of raising the percentage of families owning homes, continuing its efforts to expand the development of many projects and residential suburbs in the Kingdom to provide housing units at competitive prices lower than the market.
