Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - the National Housing Company is participating as a strategic sponsor in the Distinguished Cities Projects Exhibition, which is being held by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing during the period from September 24 to September 28, 2022 in Riyadh.
The Distinguished Cities Exhibition aims to highlight the major projects that the Kingdom is witnessing for the development and improvement of cities in all regions and governorates, through the efforts of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
National Housing's participation aims to showcase its products related to the housing and real estate development sector, increasing real estate supply and local content in the industry, as well as business solutions, environmental sustainability, and job creation through its projects.
The National Housing Company, as the investment and executive arm of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, participates by supporting and promoting various local real estate events and activities that work to develop the real estate sector, as it contributes to increasing the real estate supply in the Kingdom to create more housing options and solutions that are characterized by quality of life, within the framework of the company’s endeavor to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - by raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70%.
