The project delivery season has begun in all regions of the Kingdom.
"Sakani": Delivery of housing units to Saudi families begins in 21 projects
The “Sakani” program announced the start of delivering housing units to the program’s beneficiaries in 9 cities across the Kingdom, including 21 housing projects under construction in the “Riyadh, Eastern Province, Madinah, Makkah, and Asir” regions. This is in line with the program’s commitment to delivering the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, in an effort to achieve the housing program’s objectives of raising the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030, stressing that work is underway to deliver the remaining units to beneficiaries as quickly as possible.
The program explained that the Eastern Province projects have the highest number of deliveries, including 7 projects distributed in the cities of Dammam, Hofuf and Qatif, followed by the Riyadh region with 6 projects, while deliveries have begun in 5 projects in the Makkah region distributed in the cities of Makkah, Jeddah and Taif, while deliveries have begun in 2 projects in the Asir region, and one project in the Madinah region.
“Sakani” stated that these deliveries were made after monitoring and supervision by the Off-Plan Sales or Leasing Committee “Wafi”, which in turn supervises and monitors the developer’s commitment to the contract, specifications, standards and requirements in the construction of the housing unit and ensures its delivery in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of the beneficiaries.
The “Sakani” website and application provides 119 projects under construction in partnership with real estate developers, including about 155,000 diverse housing units, including villas, apartments and townhouses, most of which are distributed in 7 major residential suburbs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah and Khamis Mushait, to provide a modern lifestyle in which the quality of housing units is integrated according to international standards with diverse facilities and services that enhance the quality of life for its residents and appropriate prices with an average of 750,000 riyals.
