The Sakani program announced the completion of the handover of all residential units in the Al-Jawhara Towers project located north of Riyadh, after the completion of work and the delivery of services and infrastructure to the project, as part of the program’s commitment to delivering the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the rate of homeownership to 70% by 2030.

The program explained that all housing units have been delivered to beneficiaries in the project, which is located on an area of 15,473 m2 and provides 112 housing units, continuing the delivery phase that “Sakani” started last month in 9 cities in various regions of the Kingdom, which included 21 housing projects under construction in the regions of “Riyadh, the Eastern Province, Madinah, Makkah, and Asir”.

The Riyadh region is witnessing the implementation of 24 residential projects distributed north, west and east of the city, providing more than 31,000 housing units of diverse designs and sizes, within a modern residential environment that provides a lifestyle that is consistent with quality of life standards with its diverse designs and spaces to meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families. The residential projects affiliated with the Sakani program include spaces allocated for gardens, green spaces, government, commercial, recreational and health facilities to create an attractive environment in which the elements of quality of life are integrated.

“Sakani” provides new optional support packages within its solutions and options offered to Saudi families, bringing the number of housing and financing options to 9. The new packages include (the support package, the rental package, the furniture package, the self-build package, and the home renovation package). These packages provide the beneficiary with flexible and multiple solutions, by providing immediate non-refundable support to beneficiaries of ready-made housing units, under construction, and self-build, in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund and financing entities from banks, financing institutions, and real estate developers. He pointed out that this comes from “Sakani’s” belief in the continuity of housing support and the importance of diversifying financing and housing options to accelerate the pace of Saudi families owning their homes.
