The “Sakani” digital platforms recorded widespread interaction during February of this year 2022, by answering more than 94,000 calls through the unified call center for beneficiary care 199090, with a daily average exceeding 3,300 calls, to inquire about the program’s services, which include immediate eligibility, booking and viewing residential units and lands, and price offers from financing entities, which “Sakani” provides with the aim of increasing the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030 in order to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030   -.

The “Sakani” application witnessed 392,000 visits during the month of January. The “Sakani” application enables Saudi families to benefit from the electronic services and integrated housing solutions it provides to facilitate the procedures for benefiting, including: “Electronic financing”, “Real Estate Market”, “Real Estate Advisor”, and issuing “Real Estate Transaction Tax” certificates, through smart devices.

Last month, the Beneficiary Care account on Twitter ( @SaudiHousingCC ) responded to 28,000 inquiries from citizens about the housing options and solutions offered by "Sakani", including subsidized loans for purchasing ready-made and under-construction housing units, self-build options, and residential land options, as part of the program's efforts to provide services and solutions that facilitate homeownership for Saudi families.

The “Sakani” website processed 3,784 requests and inquiries through the “Contact Us” service, and approximately 1,599 objections were addressed through the “Talk to Me” icon on the “Sakani” platform.   ( sakani.sa ) Through the direct chat service with customer service staff, the “Sakani” application and website showcase 114 residential projects that provide more than 148,000 housing units of various designs and sizes with average prices of 700,000 riyals, and about 223 residential plans that provide more than 180,000 plots of land in most of the cities and governorates of the Kingdom.

It is worth mentioning that the “Sakani” program announced that more than 225,000 Saudi families benefited during the past year 2021, including more than 186,000 families who moved into their homes. 19,353 families benefited from the program during the month of January, including 18,890 families who moved into their homes. “Sakani” aims to benefit 180,000 families during 2022 from the various financing and housing options and solutions, including 130,000 families who move into their homes.
