Next Sunday, the fifth edition of the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition “Serido 2026” will kick off in Jeddah Governorate, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, during the period from September 6 to 8, 2026 at “Jeddah Superdome”, with the participation of a number of government agencies, real estate developers, investors, financing bodies and those interested in the real estate sector.
The exhibition brings together a select group of real estate developers, investors, financing entities and related parties to showcase projects and opportunities available in the fields of real estate development, ownership and investment, and to introduce solutions and services related to the real estate market.
The fifth edition will witness international participation, including the presence of a number of entities, companies and investors, which will provide opportunities for networking, exploring prospects for cooperation and partnerships and exchanging experiences between the various parties in the real estate sector.
“Serido 2026” includes an accompanying program of workshops and dialogue sessions, with the participation of a number of experts and specialists, to discuss the latest developments in the Saudi real estate market, investment and development opportunities, and the most prominent topics related to the growth and development of the sector.
The fifth edition of "Serido 2026" is being held in light of the growth and expansion of projects and investment opportunities in the Kingdom's real estate sector, in conjunction with the programs and initiatives stemming from the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which enhances the sector's role in economic and urban development, and supports the growth of a more vibrant and competitive real estate market.
