Under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, "Serido 2026" concludes its activities in Jeddah with the participation of more than 50 entities and attracting approximately 35,000 visitors.

The fifth edition of the "Serido 2026" Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition concluded its activities, which took place over three days at Jeddah Superdome, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with wide participation from governmental and private entities and real estate developers, and the presence of investors and those wishing to own property and benefit from financing solutions.
The exhibition attracted around 35,000 visitors during its three days, and witnessed the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding between the participating entities and companies, which supports expanding areas of cooperation and partnership, and enhances investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
The fifth edition witnessed the participation of more than 50 governmental and private entities and real estate developers, during which they presented a range of real estate projects and opportunities to investors and those wishing to own property, in addition to a number of residential projects in various parts of the Makkah region, with the participating companies announcing the continuation of work on implementing these projects and completing them according to the specified timetables.
The exhibition formed a specialized platform that brought together a select group of experts, investors and developers to discuss a number of topics related to the role of the real estate sector in supporting economic development, in addition to the transformations taking place in the real estate market in the Kingdom, the rapid technological developments, and the trend towards smart cities and sustainable projects.
The most prominent outcomes of the exhibition focused on strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors, showcasing new projects and investment opportunities, providing financing and housing solutions to visitors, raising awareness of real estate regulations and legislation, and enhancing direct communication between developers, investors, and beneficiaries.
The participation of government agencies also allowed visitors to learn firsthand about the services, solutions and programs related to real estate ownership, financing and regulation, which enhances the integration of roles between government agencies and the private sector, contributes to providing more diverse options for beneficiaries and investors, and supports the efficiency of the real estate sector system.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s sponsorship and participation in the exhibition comes as an extension of its ongoing work to enhance the integration of the municipalities and housing system, support partnership with the private sector, and expand housing, financing and investment options, to support the transition towards vibrant, integrated communities, and enhance the attractiveness of the real estate sector.
The conclusion of "Serido 2026" comes amidst the expansion of development projects in the Saudi real estate sector, the growth of housing supply, and the development of financing and regulatory solutions, which enhances investment and ownership opportunities and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in quality of life and the development of more vibrant and sustainable communities.
