The “White Lands” program revealed that the seventh billing cycle for the first phase in the Dammam metropolitan area was issued for more than187lands located within the announced urban area, with a total area exceeding83million square meters,indicating that the bills for the seventh cycle of land fees in the Dammam metropolitan area were issued this March, calling on landowners to take the initiative to develop their lands or pay within one year from the date of issuance of the decision.
The program explained in a press statement today that the total number of white land fees issued since the program’s launch has exceeded16,000inthe cities where the fees have been applied, including the seventh billing cycle fees in the Dammam metropolitan area in its first phase for the year1444/1445AH. It indicated that from the sixth billing cycle to the seventh billing cycle in the Dammam metropolitan area, more than63 lands entered the development or trading phase in the real estate supply, as thebilled land areas in the Dammam metropolitan area this year could provide more than138,000real estate units if they were developed and built upon.
