The White Land Program revealed that the sixth billing cycle for the first phase in Jeddah was issued for 340 plots of land located within the announced urban area, with a total area exceeding 90 million square meters. It indicated that the bills for the sixth cycle of land fees in Jeddah were issued last February, calling on landowners to take the initiative to develop their lands or pay within one year from the date of issuance of the decision.

The program explained in a press statement today that the total number of invoices for white land fees issued exceeded 8,300 invoices in the cities where the fees were applied, including the invoices for the sixth round of fees for the city of Jeddah in its first phase for the year 1443/1444 AH.

The program noted that invoices are considered contracts, privileges, and penal documents according to the State Revenue System, pointing out that Article Fifteen of the Executive Regulations for White Land Fees stipulates that the amounts collected are spent on developing infrastructure projects according to the following text: “The Ministry shall determine the expenditure – from the account for the amounts of fees and fines collected – on housing projects, connecting public utilities to them, and providing public services in them.” All details of the billing cycles related to the cities subject to the system can be viewed by visiting the link https://lands.housing.sa/ar .

It is worth mentioning that the program announced in mid-December the implementation of the second phase of fees in more than 140 neighborhoods in the city of Riyadh, in conjunction with the implementation of the first phase according to the approved map and scope, with the issuance of the first cycle invoices for the second phase in Riyadh to begin in the third quarter of this year, calling on landowners to register their lands during the regulatory deadline for land registration, which ends on June 15.
