"الأراضي البيضاء": إصدار فواتير رسوم الدورة الأولى في "تبوك" و"الأحساء"

The White Land Program announced the issuance of the White Land Fees invoices for the year 1443/1444 AH in both (Al-Ahsa and Tabuk) in its first cycle, calling on the owners of the lands concerned to take the initiative to develop their lands or pay within one year from the date of issuing the decision.

The program explained in a press statement today that the deadline for paying the white land fees is a full year from the date of issuance of the invoices, during which the fee is paid or the land is developed by its owners, in the context of seeking to increase the supply of developed land and reduce monopoly, by motivating those obligated to develop their land during the payment grace period, and to benefit from support mechanisms in cooperation with the Off-Plan Sales or Leasing Committee “Wafi” to accelerate the pace of white land development.

The program stressed the importance of payment within the specified period, to avoid the resulting penalty of up to 100% of the fee value, in addition to paying the fees due. Landowners or those obligated to pay can view the fees imposed on them and initiate payment within one year of the issuance of the decision (issuance of invoices) on 7/28/2022 via the electronic portalhttps://idlelands-services.momah.gov.sa .

It is noted that the White Land Fees Regulations include three implementation phases. The first phase includes undeveloped lands with an area of (10) thousand m2 or more, located within the scope determined by the Ministry. The second phase includes developed lands with an area of (10) thousand m2 or more, and developed lands for one owner with areas of (10) thousand m2 or more in one plan within the specified urban scope. The third phase includes developed lands with an area of 5,000 m2 or more, and the total developed lands for one owner with areas of 10,000 m2 or more in one city within the scope determined by the Ministry.
