"سكني" يطرح 2670 أرضًا مجانية للمستفيدين في 4 مناطق

The “Sakani” program announced today the offering of 2,670 free land plots to beneficiaries within the residential schemes it previously offered through the electronic portal, calling on beneficiaries wishing to obtain free land to visit the website and choose the appropriate scheme and land for reservation, within the framework of its endeavor to create electronic solutions that facilitate the journey of citizens to find suitable housing.

The program revealed that the lands offered are located within 13 residential schemes, distributed across 4 regions: (Riyadh, the Eastern Province, Makkah, and Hail). The Riyadh region included 6 schemes, including 3 in Al-Dawadmi Governorate providing a total of 626 plots, one scheme in Al-Quwai’iyah with 281 plots, one scheme in Afif providing 112 plots, and one scheme in Thadiq providing 53 plots. The Eastern Province included 5 schemes, including 3 in Qaryat Al-Ulya with a total of 733 plots, and two schemes in Hafr Al-Batin providing a total of 550 plots. The Hail region included one scheme located in Buqaa Governorate providing 49 plots, while the Makkah region - specifically Taif Governorate - had one scheme providing 266 plots.

“Sakani” explained that infrastructure work is underway in the plans, adding that beneficiaries can visit the electronic portal of the “Sakani” website, then choose “Housing Solutions” and then click on the option of free residential lands, and choose the plan that suits them, noting that it will continue to provide all facilities to citizens from different segments of society to enable them to obtain suitable housing that meets their desires, which raises the rate of homeownership and reaches 70% by 2030 according to the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 -.

It is worth noting that the “Sakani” program provides beneficiaries with several housing and financing options, including ready-made housing units within the Ministry’s projects, as well as units under construction in partnership with qualified real estate developers. This is in addition to the option of purchasing ready-made housing units from the market, self-building for those who own land, or financing the existing mortgage loan through subsidized mortgage loans in partnership with banks and financing institutions, in addition to the option of free land delivered to beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom.
