The Sakani program continued to deliver housing units to beneficiary Saudi families, after the completion of construction work and the delivery of services and infrastructure to housing projects being implemented in partnership with real estate developers. The program delivered 431 housing units to beneficiaries of the Al-Bairaq Villas project located in the Al-Wajha suburb of Dammam, with the remaining units to be delivered after their completion.
This comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive, subsidized prices, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs – by raising the ownership rate to 70% by 2030.
The Al-Bairaq Villas project provides 959 residential villas with modern designs and reasonable prices in an integrated residential environment that includes all vital services, facilities, infrastructure and quality of life on an area of 517,000 m2. The Al-Bairaq Villas project represents a part of the residential urban expansion west of Dammam city.It boasts extensive green spaces, parks, recreational areas, dedicated sports fields, shops, and integrated facilities including mosques, schools, and security centers, ensuring a high quality of life for Saudi families.
It is worth mentioning that the “Sakani” website and application offers a variety of housing facilities and services, including: real estate consultant, issuing real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from engineering design services and the “approved contractor”, electronic financing services, “optional packages” and the “real estate market”, as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
