The Sakani program announced the handover of 532 housing units to Saudi families benefiting from the “Bouvardia City” project in Al-Jawhara suburb in Jeddah Governorate, as part of the program’s commitment, in cooperation with developers, to deliver the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed. The remaining units will be delivered to beneficiaries after the completion of construction and implementation works, the provision of services, and the completion of the infrastructure.
This comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive, subsidized prices, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs – by raising the ownership rate to 70% by 2030.
The handover of units in the Bouvardia City project complements previous deliveries in several projects under construction in Jeddah. Further deliveries of residential units to beneficiaries are expected in the coming period, reflecting the commitment to enabling Saudi families to own their first home and benefit from available housing options.
