"Sakani" issues its periodic bulletin for the first half of 2024... and reviews the most prominent achievements in the housing sector

The “Sakani” program issued the new issue of its periodic bulletin for the first half of this year 2024, reviewing the most prominent efforts and achievements made in the sector to serve Saudi families and enable them to own their first home by providing many housing options and multiple financing solutions, through which it seeks to raise the rate of homeownership, provide suitable housing for citizens and improve the quality of life for Saudi families, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
The bulletin addressed the housing solutions that families have benefited from since the beginning of this year, which varied between (units under construction, self-build, ready-made units, and your land is your support), which contributed to the signing of more than 51,256 financing contracts with a total value of 5.3 billion Saudi riyals, with the support of the Real Estate Development Fund and in cooperation with banks and financing institutions.
The bulletin pointed to the diversity of financing solutions offered to beneficiaries, as it included 10 diverse options, most notably: (Financial Support Matrix, Down Payment Support Package, In-Kind Support, Lowest Financing Profit Margin, Your Support Equals Your Installment, Easy Mortgage, Easy Installment, Flexible Installment, Guarantee Program).
The bulletin reviewed the performance indicators of the integrated residential projects and suburbs developed by the National Housing Company in various regions of the Kingdom, which are distinguished by providing all service facilities that achieve more than just housing for citizens. The bulletin also addressed housing support indicators and housing exhibitions implemented by the program during the same period. It is worth mentioning that “Sakani” seeks to raise the rates of home ownership for Saudi families in order to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - by providing more housing solutions at reasonable prices, establishing integrated residential communities with facilities and services, and developing a residential environment that meets all the requirements of modern life and supports the well-being of Saudi society.
