625 million visits and more than 1.1 million services provided through the "Sakani" platform during 2024

During 2024, the “Sakani” platform received more than 625 million digital visits to the platform, an increase of more than 24% compared to 2023, after development operations and the injection of real estate supply into the platform, which exceeded 93,000 units, which were characterized by the diversity of their specifications and the multiplicity of their locations in various regions and cities of the Kingdom. Also, through all Sakani channels, more than 1.1 million services were recorded for the platform’s users.In a press statement issued today, “Sakani” explained the increasing demand for the use of digital channels in Sakani, as “Sakani” achieved more than 1.2 million downloads of the application during 2024, and more than 44,000 reservations were made on the real estate offering in Sakani using digital channels.“Sakani” indicated that it enabled all users from all segments of society, citizens and others, to benefit from digital services, and to use the application as a comprehensive platform for real estate offerings, through which more than one real estate unit can be purchased.The platform also provided a new channel to view the real estate offerings and complete booking procedures through self-service devices distributed in the comprehensive Sakani branches in four cities, where the devices enable the user to view the units, specify the price ranges, set geographical preferences, and book the real estate unit within a specific period.It is worth mentioning that “Sakani” has launched several services through the platform, the most prominent of which is the real estate market service for developers. The service began with the real estate market forNHC, which enables developers to offer their projects through “Sakani” and benefit from all the services provided by the platform and access its database.
