Restatex Real Estate Exhibition 2025, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, concluded its activities with broad participation from leading real estate development companies, financing institutions, and banks offering more than 20,000 housing units valued at over SAR 22 billion, along with a number of exclusive financing offers for visitors.
The Exhibition witnessed the signing of more than 150 agreements and strategic partnerships, aimed at supporting efforts to achieve the Vision 2030 goals of raising the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030. The event attracted over 85,000 visitors during its run, and included participation from more than 60 exhibiting companies in the real estate sector. Among the most prominent was the National Housing Company (NHC), which showcased over 3,700 housing units starting from SAR 375,000, in addition to Sakani Program, which presented various housing solutions and options available to Saudi families.
The Exhibition included a wide range of new real estate projects and presented a variety of housing and financing solutions aligned with the ongoing developments in the market. It also introduced the latest technological innovations in the construction and real estate development sector, showcasing the newest advancements and trends in the industry.
The event featured a series of discussion panels that addressed the latest trends and challenges in the sector, as well as ways to stimulate real estate investment in the Kingdom. The sessions included participation from a distinguished group of experts and specialists in urban planning, real estate investment, and sustainable development. Participants emphasized that the investment environment in the Kingdom has become increasingly attractive to both local and international investors, reflecting the ongoing development of the Saudi real estate sector and its readiness for the next phase of growth.
