His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, reviewed the efforts to develop digital solutions supported by artificial intelligence technologies and big data analytics to support the White Lands and Vacant Properties Program, during his visit to the Digital Operations Center at NHC Innovation.

The technical team at NHC Innovation showcased mechanisms for employing AI technologies to identify white lands and apply fees, which have significantly accelerated land processing and detection. The required time has now been reduced to only 4–6 hours to cover a standard neighborhood within the city—compared to more than twenty days previously.

His Excellency also viewed demonstrations of the main monitoring and tracking dashboards, alongside real estate, housing, and municipal platforms developed and operated by NHC Innovation. These include the ticketing system, customer service contact center, geospatial solutions, and data integration and exchange services with government entities.

During the visit, His Excellency stressed that the Digital Operations Center ensures high-speed responsiveness in serving beneficiaries of white land and vacant property system. He noted that neighborhood coverage and land data identification are now completed in just a few hours, thanks to the adoption of AI and emerging technologies, in addition to the efforts of young national talents working around the clock to guarantee service efficiency.

He added that this advancement is in line with the directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince to develop the white land system and facilitate beneficiaries’ access to services. He further emphasized that strengthening operational and digital capabilities positively impacts the housing and urban development ecosystem, supporting the achievement of Vision 2030 targets to enhance the quality of municipal and housing services.

This visit comes as part of His Excellency’s ongoing oversight of NHC Innovation’s role in leveraging advanced technologies and enhancing integration among digital platforms, thereby improving the efficiency and transparency of real estate and municipal services for citizens and users.
