The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the Human Capability Development Agency, signeda memorandum of understandingtoday with Assas Real Estate Company, as part ofthe Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition. The event, hosted byRiyadhfrom November 17 to 20, will feature broad local and international participation in the real estate development sector..
The memorandum aims to strengthen the partnership between the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and Assas Real Estate Company in the field of empowering national competencies and qualifying Saudi youth to work in the sectors supervised by the ministry, by aligning job and training opportunities with the needs of the labor market, in a way that contributes to increasing youth participation in urban and municipal development..
The memorandum also includes cooperation between the two parties in implementing localization plans and monitoring their results periodically every three months, in addition to coordinating with relevant authorities to provide the necessary support for training and employment, including basic training, on-the-job training, and raising the technical and professional skills of Saudi personnel in the fields of real estate development and municipal projects..
The memorandum stipulates thatAssas Real Estate Company will provide suitable job opportunities for job seekers from among citizens according to its needs, and cooperate with the Ministry in identifying the required specializations and approved job need models, in order to achieve the agreed localization targets, and contribute to building an integrated job database that enhances the efficiency of attracting qualified national talents..
This memorandum comes as part of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's initiatives to support human capacity development and activate partnerships with the private sector, to develop the work environment in the municipal and urban sectors, and to empower national cadres with quality opportunities that contribute to achieving sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life in Saudi cities..
