His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, today oversaw the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry andNHCThis is part of the activities of the “Cityscape Global 2025” exhibition, which is being hosted by the city of Riyadh from November 17 to 20, with wide participation from government agencies and the real estate sector.
The agreement aims to develop national human capabilities in the fields of real estate development, architecture, engineering and innovation, through the “Promising Path” program, one of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Programs, which contributes to aligning education outputs with labor market needs, and preparing Saudi talents to work in the sectors supervised by the Ministry.
Under the agreement, the two parties will work to identify priority job specializations, approve lists of candidates who meet the regulatory requirements, and follow up on their training and scholarship stages until employment. In addition, the company is committed to signing employment contracts with the trainees after the scholarship period ends, in order to ensure the investment of qualified competencies in the development of the real estate and municipal sectors.
The agreement also stipulates the formation of joint working groups to oversee implementation and monitor performance indicators, in addition to developing a mechanism to measure the impact of training on operational efficiency and productivity, thereby enhancing the sustainability of qualification and employment programs.
This agreement is an extension of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s efforts to support scholarship and specialized training programs, and to empower Saudi youth with quality opportunities that contribute to building a developed urban sector that keeps pace with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in human development and enhancing the efficiency of the labor market.
