His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, sponsored the closing ceremony of the Cityscape Global Exhibition in Riyadh, which lasted for four days in Mulham in the capital, Riyadh, where it was announced that real estate transactions exceeded 237 billion riyals, amidst wide participation from major local and international companies..
This year's edition witnessed a record attendance of more than 577 exhibitors, including 265 international exhibitors representing leading global companies in the fields of real estate development, urban planning, modern construction, and sustainability solutions, reflecting the Kingdom's growing status as a global hub for attracting future real estate investments..
In a statement on this occasion, His Excellency Minister Majid Al-Hogail affirmed that the results achieved by the exhibition reflect the strength of the Saudi real estate sector and the development of its investment environment, saying:
The achievement of over 237 billion riyals in transactions during the exhibition underscores the reliability and attractiveness of the Saudi real estate sector, and the Kingdom's progress in developing the sector and its cities. This accomplishment reflects the integrated efforts between government entities and the private sector, and embodies the promising opportunities that the Kingdom offers to investors from both within and outside the country..
