- Citizen Support for Those Unable to Pay Housing Rent – Support for Delinquents
This is a program issued by Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 405, aiming to provide support to citizens against whom an execution court order has been issued for non-payment of housing rent, or due to eviction, and it has been proven that they are unable to fulfill financial obligations as they fall under one of the four categories. The program deals with cases after they are referred electronically by the Ministry of Justice. The program provides support to eligible individuals without any application submission from the beneficiary.
Procedures
Notification from the execution judge after the issuance of the execution order against the judgment debtor (according to Article 46 of the Judicial Execution Law).
Application of the low financial capability criterion through integration.
Submission of beneficiary data to the committee in the region.
Provision of support to the judgment debtor after the committee's decision to grant support.

Lifting the seizure and execution from the beneficiary.
