Log in as a property owner for the sustainability assessment service.
The property owner then selects an accredited engineering office.
The property owner communicates with the accredited engineering office and agrees on the desired level of sustainability to be implemented.
The engineering office fills in the required project data.
The office monitors implementation, verifies sustainability requirements, and records points.
Upon project completion, a sustainability certificate is awarded based on the points achieved.
