This service allows eligible citizens to request a refund of the Value Added Tax (VAT) they paid for their first home.

Procedures
Access the (VAT Exemption Initiative) portal and log in as a beneficiary.
Click on the (Refund Request) icon.
Select the type of real estate supplier: individual or company.
Fill in the refund application data.
Fill in the property details.
Fill in the bank details.
Fill in the real estate supplier's information (for individual sellers).
Attach a copy of the tax purchase invoice.
Attach a copy of the deed.
Attach the Zakat registration certificate.
Attach the tax payment document.
Agree to the terms and conditions.
Submit the application.
The Ministry of Housing, represented by the VAT Administration, will review and process the application, completing the disbursement procedures if the application is complete.
Otherwise, it will be returned to the applicant for amendment.
