  • Submission of an acknowledgement from the chartered accountant and the engineering consultant stating that there is no conflict of interest per the form prepared for that purpose.
  • A letter specifying the authorized signatories of the disbursement document attached to a list of the authorized signatories of the disbursement document and their ID’s (attested by the Chamber of Commerce)
  • Operate and maintain the common areas in the project, if any, or contract with a third party to perform this work (under mutual agreement between the developer and the sub-developer).
  • Commit to the period of the guarantees specified in the rules of off-plan sale and rent under the commit decision No. 220/1 dated 09/03/1439H (27/11/2017G).
  • Market the project (under a mutual agreement between the developer and the sup-developer).
  • Pay the costs of the off-plan sale license amounting to (50000) fifty thousand Saudi riyals
