His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, visited the headquarters of the National Housing Company yesterday, Monday, to review the company’s achievements and the most prominent goals it achieved during the past year, and to review the National Housing Company’s targets during 2023.
His Excellency was received by the CEO of the National Housing Company, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, where His Excellency was briefed on the most prominent achievements of the Solutions Sector at the National Housing Company, which exceeded 160% of its targets, with the number of customers exceeding 6.6 million, while the total number of visits to the company’s sites reached more than 600 million visitors.
For his part, the CEO of National Housing confirmed that the company’s solutions sector is working on managing and developing the business operations of the Sakani platform, the Ejar network, the Owners Program, the Unit Sorting and Sustainable Construction programs, which deal directly with customers and beneficiaries.
Al-Bati pointed out that the National Housing Company, with all its sectors, seeks to leave its mark on the real estate sector by contributing to the development of its environment, increasing its economic impact, and enhancing its attractiveness for investment. He emphasized His Excellency’s interest and keenness to follow up on the achievements made by the sector and the great role played by the National Housing Company.
The meeting was attended by the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Digital Transformation and Smart Cities, Engineer Ali bin Hadi Rajhi, and the CEO of the Solutions Sector at the National Housing Company, Engineer Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql.
It is worth mentioning that the National Housing Company is the leader and enabler of the real estate development sector and the largest master developer of suburbs and residential communities that are characterized by quality of life and aim to increase the real estate supply in the Kingdom, with diverse housing options, within the framework of the company’s endeavor to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, by raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70%.
