His Excellency Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, delivered a number of housing units to the beneficiaries of the Developmental Housing Program in the Al-Madinah Province during his inspection visit to several development projects in the Province.

His Excellency also witnessed the signing of a tripartite partnership agreement between MOMRAH, National Developmental Housing Foundation, and Medina Warehouse Society Charity to allocate and provide 1,000 housing units for the neediest families in the Al-Madinah Province. The aim of this initiative is to achieve family stability for the beneficiaries and increase homeownership rates.

Al-Hogail honored the Developmental Housing Foundation (Maskani) and Sakani Foundation in Al-Madinah Province for their efforts and effective contribution in providing services and care for the neediest families. They have played a significant role in providing and delivering housing units to meet the needs of the beneficiary families.

During the visit, Al-Hogail met with the leaders of the Municipality of Al-Madinah, where they discussed the updates on the development projects and future plans. They also reviewed the progress of programs aimed at improving the quality of life and creating investment opportunities. The Minister emphasized the importance of continuing to develop and improve the services provided to citizens, residents, and visitors.

The Minister also visited the exhibition organized as part of "Humanizing Cities" projects, which focuses on emphasizing the human aspect in urban development and growth for all segments of society. This is achieved through improving visual identity, establishing urban squares, open areas, and green spaces. During the visit, he also inspected techniques for monitoring visual distortion and assessing the quality of road networks.
