The Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate held its nineteenth meeting, chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil.
At the beginning of its meeting, the Council reviewed the latest developments in the real estate registration process and the implementation plan across the Kingdom's regions. It also reviewed the updated status of real estate regulations and bylaws, and examined the comprehensive real estate sector strategy report for the second quarter.
The council discussed the authority’s most prominent achievements for the second quarter in licensing and accreditation, partner service, classification of real estate brokerage establishments, real estate disputes under consideration by the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration, and the Real Estate Contributions Committee “Liquidation”.
The meeting was attended by the CEO of the Authority, representatives of government agencies, and representatives of the private sector.
