Today, His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Budair, inspected a number of housing projects allocated to beneficiaries of the Sakani program in partnership with the private sector in the Tabuk region, which provide diverse options, including villas, townhouses, apartments and residential lands, in addition to a number of developmental housing projects in the region, where His Excellency reviewed the progress of work and the level of achievement.

During his visit, His Excellency emphasized the continued support that the housing sector receives from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince - may God protect them - in order to facilitate homeownership for Saudi families benefiting from the Sakani and developmental housing programs, by providing diverse housing options and solutions for beneficiary families within easy and convenient procedures, with the aim of contributing to raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by the year 2030 in line with the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Al-Budair stressed that the projects being implemented in partnership with the private sector are concerned with quality standards and appropriate pricing, in order to create an integrated lifestyle that takes into account the availability of necessary services and needs from educational, health, security and recreational facilities, stressing the need to complete them according to the specified timetables in preparation for handing them over to the beneficiaries.
