The electronic rental services network “Ejar” announced the registration of more than three million rental contracts on the network, ranging between residential and commercial, since the program was launched, while the program continues to develop its services provided to beneficiaries.

The program confirmed in a press statement that achieving the unprecedented numbers of contracts documented in the Ejar network was the result of the continued development of the network’s services, the ease of its procedures and the facilitation of its operations, as well as preserving the rights of the parties to the rental process with unified contracts and documented electronic financial transactions, in addition to the strategic partnerships and digital integrations with many entities that have enriched the experience of beneficiaries of real estate rental sector services (tenant, landlord, accredited real estate broker).

Ejar explained that continuing to develop the network, improve services, and add features aims to elevate the real estate rental sector, raise its efficiency, facilitate its rental operations and procedures, and contribute to creating a safe environment by increasing confidence in its financial and contractual transactions, which affects improving the investment environment and reduces risks by preserving rights and reducing the duration of litigation on rental contracts.

The upgraded Ejar network offers many electronic advantages, most notably facilitating the registration of new contracts in easy and flexible steps, documenting contracts electronically directly through the Ejar network, and providing various payment options for rent payments and balance top-ups.

It is worth noting that Ejar recorded record numbers during last January in the number of contracts documented on the electronic network for rental services, as more than 165,000 residential and commercial rental contracts were documented, an increase of 57% over the average of contracts in January 2021, with a daily rate of approximately 5,500 contracts.
