Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hogail begins tomorrow his official visit to Turkey, covering the capital Ankara and Istanbul. His Excellency will also conduct high-level bilateral meetings with several ministers, officials, and CEOs of Turkish companies pioneering in infrastructure, real estate development, and investment.
The visit to Turkey also seeks to exchange and benefit from the best successful experiences in achieving the goals and initiatives of the MOMRAH, and its strategic programs. The visit will involve meetings with the private sector in the fields of infrastructure, smart cities, construction, housing, and digital transformation.
His Excellency will hold bilateral meetings with the Turkish Minister of Trade Omer Polat, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Mehmet Ozhaseki, and Minister of Finance Mehmet Simsek. The meetings have the objective of strengthening cooperation and exchanging successful experiences in the municipal and housing sectors.
The Minister is also scheduled to attend the launch of the Saudi-Turkish Business Forum, held July 12 in Istanbul, in the presence of the Turkish Minister of Trade Omer Polat. The Forum will review the Saudi-Turkish investment opportunities and strengthen partnerships between the two sides in urban development and construction, contracting, smart cities, and urban development.
