The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is participating in the "Hajj Media Forum 2026" as a key partner, during the period from May 20 to 23, at the Makkah Chamber of Commerce Exhibition and Events Center, with the participation of a number of governmental and media agencies and content creators from inside and outside the Kingdom.
During its participation, the Ministry will showcase the system of services provided to pilgrims, and the development projects and initiatives it is implementing in Makkah, Madinah, the holy sites, and cities associated with the pilgrim's journey, which contribute to raising the efficiency of services, improving the urban landscape, and enhancing the readiness of the infrastructure during the Hajj season.
The Municipalities and Housing System includes the Holy Capital Municipality, the Madinah Region Municipality, the Jeddah Governorate Municipality, and the Taif Governorate Municipality, where they showcase their most prominent efforts in the areas of municipal services, infrastructure, environmental sanitation, digital and technical solutions, and operational integration that supports serving the guests of God.
The Ministry’s participation in the forum reflects its keenness to highlight the municipal and housing role within the Hajj service system, and to introduce the field work, urban and operational services provided by the secretariats and their affiliated bodies, which contribute to preparing cities and vital sites to receive the guests of God, and raising the quality of services provided to them during the Hajj season.
