Sakani Program announced that 52,794 Saudi families have benefited from various housing options and financing solutions provided by the Program electronically through facilitated procedures since the beginning of the year until the end of July. 57,595 families have moved to their first homes. These efforts are part of the joint initiatives to improve the affordability of housing costs and achieve the goals of Housing Program, one of the Programs of Vision 2030. The program aims to provide suitable housing opportunities for Saudi families by offering diverse housing products and financing solutions.

In a press statement, Sakani highlighted that 8,303 families benefited from the program in July, with 6,295 families moving to their first homes. This was made possible through the optional support packages offered by "Sakani" to Saudi families as part of the efforts made to help families own houses. These packages provide flexible and multiple solutions, including immediate non-refundable support for beneficiaries of ready-to-move, under-construction and self-build housing units. The support is provided in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund, financing entities, financial institutions, banks, and real estate developers. Sakani commented that such packages and diverse options prove the efforts of the Program to continue housing support and offer diversity of financing and housing options to accelerate Saudi families' homeownership.

The Program has provided 157,412 services to beneficiaries who contacted it through the official account on the "X" platform, the Unified Beneficiary Care Center, and WhatsApp Business. "Sakani" website and application also provide a range of housing services, including Real Estate Advisor, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates (RETT) for the first home, obtaining quotations from financing entities and electronic land contracts, benefiting from engineering design and Approved Contractor, electronic financing and Real Estate Market services, conducting immediate registration and eligibility, and issuing electronic building permits.
