The rental index aims to achieve transparency and stimulate investment in the rental real estate sector in the Kingdom, by setting specific rental indices for cities, neighborhoods and different types of real estate, both residential and commercial. It allows users to identify price ranges for residential units, search for neighborhoods that contain residential units in a price range specified by the user, review the number of rental transactions for residential and commercial units in the specified neighborhood during the specified period, the average rental values, clarify the price range for residential transactions, and review them through a graph. This is within the framework of supporting beneficiaries and contributing to raising the efficiency of the market in line with the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
